At Rathbone we believe that to support our learners in the best way we need to support their parents as well.

That is why we have a team of people working on a parenting project right here at Rathbone. There is a lot of advice and support out there for parents, but very often parents don’t know how to access this information.

In response to the publication of the Green Paper ‘Every Child Matters’ and the introduction of the Children Act 2004, Rathbone has employed a team of parenting specialists and introduced the Parent Information Points (PIP).

PIP is an interactive information point for parents or carers - a starting point leading you in the right direction when you need guidance on a number of issues related to caring for children and young people.
