What Rathbone can offer your business
Rathbone offers Apprenticeship in two ways:
- We can train staff you already employ on an Apprenticeship
- We can place an Apprentice in your business

Rathbone offers a broad range of Apprenticeship programmes for young people age 16 to 24.

Why should I consider Apprenticeship for my business?
- Training motivates staff, creates employer loyalty and provides better skilled, more efficient employees
- Businesses with well-trained, skilled teams grow and prosper
- Apprenticeships are relevant, practical and provide up-to-date skills
- Young people train and learn at the same time about your business.
|
What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are nationally recognised qualifications designed by business for the businesses in their sector. An Apprenticeship is made up of three elements:
- A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at level 2 or level 3
- Key Skills such as communication, number, IT and problem solving
- A technical certificate relevant to the sector.
|
|
During the Apprenticeship we provide:
- Personalised support for you and the Apprentice
- Training and support inside and outside the business environment
- Nationally recognised training qualifications
- Fully qualified staff and assessors
- Assessments on-the-job.
|
