Rathbone's Youth Engagement team are involved with outreach programmes throughout the country, and a Vodafone sponsored partnership project in several locations throughout the UK.

Our vision of youth engagement is to re-engage young people with mainstream education, training and employment. We believe that everyone, whatever their starting point in life, can make progress through learning – it is just about providing the right support.

Rathbone delivers street based youth engagement as well as work with young offenders through intensive and learning-centred projects.
