Aged 16-18? Thinking about what to do next? Gain the skills you need to go to college or find work by joining Rathbone and receive up to £800 on our Foundation Learning programme.
At Rathbone Leicester, we support young people to learn in a way that suits them. In 2010 we moved into a new centre in the cultural quarter. We’re about a 3min walk from the Haymarket Bus Station and a 1 minute walk from Connexions. The centre is a friendly and relaxed place to learn, which includes its own Café and training kitchen.
If you’re a young person who’d like support with your next step, we offer several programmes in Leicester, and we can advise you on what’s right for you:

You could also take vocational qualifications – building the skills that can help you to get a job or move on to college or an apprenticeship. There are opportunities to volunteer, or get involved in sports, arts or drama. These can help you to build up your CV, meet new people and gain confidence

The programme will end with a ‘Master Chef’ style cook off were you’ll get to pitch the skills you’ve gained against the rest of your group.
We pay your travel costs and will support you with your next steps.
