Gwent Police runs 5-week course at Rathbone Newport Centre

Posted by Jenny Tong |  8th March 2019

Learners at the Rathbone centre in Newport recently had the opportunity to take part in a 5-week course run by the Gwent Police. They were able to widen their knowledge and exposure around various increasingly important issues in modern society. Topics included: anti-social behaviour, healthy relationships, gun and knife crime, hate crime and mate crime (when someone befriends a vulnerable person to take advantage of them criminally).

On Wednesday 6th March, all participants were awarded with a certificate of completion followed by a celebratory buffet - Well done to all learners for their hard work during the course!
