An independent report has praised the quality of Rathbone Training’s work with its customers.
Rathbone Training recently underwent an assessment by MATRIX which looked at its advice and support services which support our young people in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
The organisation successfully retained its MATRIX standard following the review and the report has now been published highlighting a number of key strengths and improvements from the last assessment.
“I believe that this report, alongside the Intraining OFSTED and MATRIX, all achieved in the last eight weeks and all very strong show just how much distance we have travelled on quality within the training providers; and that we are in a really good place to continue to improve, to achieve, and to grow,” said Linda Dean, Managing Director of Rathbone Training.
Feedback was very positive from the assessor who commented on how ‘Rathbone have changed people’s lives through our work’ and that Rathbones reputation has strengthened over the last three years, particularly with partner agencies and employers.
Other key strengths highlighted in the report include:
Signposting – Excellent knowledge of additional services available for our learners
E+D - how our policies directly influence local decisions and practices
Partnership work with employers and referral agencies
Effective staff CPD opportunities
Leadership and Management
How staff and learners input into the design and development of our services
“My sincere and deepest thanks to all colleagues who were actively involved and positively contributed to this MATRIX review, your hard work and commitment has been much appreciated,” said Linda Dean.
“The successful outcome is fully deserved and recognises the work you do and the difference you make.”
