Young people seeking help and support to get into work will benefit from a new centre opened by a leading national youth education and training charity returning to Leicester.

We are offering 16-24 year olds the chance to learn while they earn through apprenticeship opportunities by working closely with a diverse range of local employers.

We are also providing programs to help improve Maths and English whilst gaining qualifications and valuable work experience as well as running outreach projects to engage young people who are not in education, employment or training.

“Rathbone Training has a well-established history of offering work based support to young people in Leicester having provided apprenticeships for over decade and we are delighted that our centre based provision is returning to Leicester a year after we closed our previous centre as part of a restructure of our delivery in the local area,” said Candice Davies, Skills and Employability Director for Rathbone Training.

“The changes to our delivery model now make our training services much more aligned to the needs of young people and employers in Leicestershire to provide greater job opportunities for our learners and ensure we are a real asset to the local community.”
