Rathbone in the North West work across the sub regions of Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire delivering four work streams of Employer Based Training (Apprenticeships) Foundation Learning, Youth Choices (KS3&4 programmes) and Youth Engagement. In each of our programmes we strive to incorporate the best of Youth Work, Skills Training and Personalised Learning.

We have 15 centres across the North West delivering the range of programmes described to over 1500 young people annually. Through our dedicated and passionate staff teams alongside our commitment to quality and securing the best outcomes we transform the lives of many disadvantaged and disaffected young people giving them opportunities to increase their life chances and long terms future prospects.

At Rathbone we believe in working in close partnership with those organisations who can help us to achieve our goals and objectives for young people including the Connexions service, other referral agencies, Youth Offending services, funding agencies, Local Authorities, other training providers and colleges, Schools, parents and carers, support agencies, other third sector partners, community groups amongst others whilst maintaining strong relationships with Local Authority 14-19 Partnerships and Children’s Services.
