Scotland

Rathbone in Scotland works from centres based across Scotland. We run various programmes to meet the needs of young people during the transition to adulthood, for example: Skillseekers, Get Ready for Work, Youth Choices and Youth Engagement programmes which provides a supported pathway from compulsory education to further education, employment or training for young people. This supported transition provides sustained opportunities building the quality of education and learning options for young people to improve their long-term employability. Rathbone will ensure that all young people are given the opportunity to realise their full potential and equip them with the tools to positively progress to education, employment or training.
