Rathbone works from four centres in the East Midlands. Our programmes are designed to help young people to gain the skills they need to get a job, go on to college or into an apprenticeship.

We also offer a broad range of apprenticeship programmes for young people. These are designed to help young people aged 16-24 to gain the skills that employers want. Apprenticeships help young people acquire essential skills and qualifications by working and studying.
