Rabeha secured a place with Rathbone Dewsbury in October 2007 whilst completing an Entry to Employment programme with another training provider.

Rabeha completed her Level 1 Business Administration and Level 2. She has now started her Level 3 and has an opportunity to continue on to university. She became employed by Rathbone in 2008 and is now a Management Information Systems Officer. Rabeha runs presentations for Entry to Employment, sharing her own experience with young people – taking three trainees under her wing.
