Employee of the Year

Although Mandy has only been with Rathbone Cymru for just over a year she has done great things for the charity. Stepping into the new role of Policy and Development Manager she has exceeded all expectations and has secured significant funding and greatly developed the organisation is so many ways.

Mandy has been instrumental in widening and strengthening the operations of Rathbone Cymru and has made it into the charity it is today. She is very passionate about her job role and is motivated by helping as many young people as she can.

Er mai dim ond ers dros flwyddyn y mae Mandy wedi bod gyda Rathbone Cymru mae wedi gwneud pethau gwych i’r elusen. Gan gamu i mewn i rôl newydd Rheolwraig Polisi a Datblygiad mae wedi llwyddo y tu hwnt i bob disgwyl ac wedi sicrhau cyllid sylweddol a datblygu’r mudiad yn fawr mewn nifer o wahanol ffyrdd. Bu Mandy’n allweddol wrth ehangu ac atgyfnerthu gweithrediadau Rathbone Cymru ac wrth lunio’r elusen a welwn heddiw. Mae’n angerddol iawn ynghylch ei rôl a’i swyddogaeth ac mae’n cael ei hysgogi trwy helpu cymaint â phosibl o bobl ifainc.
