Jan Pennington has been with Rathbone since 1991 starting at the Wigan Centre as a Training Advisor in Catering. Prior to joining Rathbone, Jan worked in the catering and hospitality industry before taking up a management position with Tetley Walker Ltd.

It was during her time at Tetley Walker that Jan caught the training bug, she decided that a change of career into training young people was what she wanted to do and after a brief spell with another training provider moved to Rathbone.

Within two years of joining Rathbone, Jan was Centre Manager at the Wigan Centre. Over the next 15 years, Jan progressed within the company, holding a variety of senior management posts before her most recent appointment as National Operations Director.
