Mark retired from the Armed Forces in 2005. Throughout his highly successful career spanning 22 years as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, Mark deployed on numerous operations worldwide during which time he developed his managerial and leadership skills in a variety of increasingly senior appointments.

After many years overseeing the training and development of military tradesmen, Mark decided to join a national work-based learning provider delivering modern apprenticeships to the Motor Industry.

With hands-on experience in the development of fully equipped, state of the art training centres and the day to day operational management of multi-site locations, Mark joined Rathbone in February 2007.
